Hello, and welcome to Women EmpowerHERment.

I’m Selena D. Jackson, and I created this experience for the Christian woman who is tired of knowing she has more in her but still feeling unable to move forward.

Maybe you are the woman everyone depends on, but privately, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you have spent years caring for everyone else while putting your own growth, goals, and calling on hold. You may be praying for clarity, but still struggling to make decisions. You may have the experience, the ideas, and the desire to lead, but fear, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or past disappointments keep causing you to hesitate.

Maybe you have been saying, “I’ll start when I feel ready,” while watching months or even years pass. You may be tired of second-guessing your voice, explaining yourself, shrinking in rooms you were qualified to be in, or wondering why you keep repeating the same patterns even though you know God has called you to more.

I understand that tension because I have had to confront it in my own life. I know what it feels like to appear capable on the outside while privately questioning whether you are truly ready, whether your voice matters, and whether you can trust yourself enough to move forward. I also know that spiritual growth is not just about hearing an encouraging message. It requires honest reflection, difficult decisions, stronger boundaries, and the courage to stop abandoning yourself in order to keep everyone else comfortable.

That is why I created this 90-day founding experience.

Women EmpowerHERment is for the Christian woman who is ready to address what has been keeping her stuck—not with surface-level motivation, but through intentional spiritual and personal development. Together, we will examine the beliefs, habits, fears, and patterns that have been limiting your confidence, your relationships, your leadership, and your ability to follow through.

Over these 90 days, you will have the opportunity to become more honest about where you are, clearer about where you are going, and more intentional about the decisions required to get there. This is a space to strengthen your relationship with God while also learning how to trust your voice, communicate with greater confidence, set healthier boundaries, and lead without constantly seeking permission or approval.

You do not need another message telling you to simply be more confident. You need support in understanding why you keep holding back and what it will take to change that.
